As part of the Victorian Spatial Council's TOR working parties are established for specific projects. These working parties are created in such a manner as to ensure varied representation and to address required interests.
Membership of the working parities are not restricted to members of the VSC, however it is generally preferred that the Chair of the working group is a member of the VSC and will report to the Council on the working groups behalf.
Imagery Assurance Group (IAG)
The IAG was formed in June 2006 as an initiative of the VSC to provide a consultative arrangement between government, industry and users for continuous improvement in the specification, acquisition and provision of imagery under the Coordinated Imagery Program (CIP).
Note: For further information on the CIP and to view the CIP Newsletters please see and click on Coordinated Imagery Program.
Property Information Program (PIP) Migration Stakeholder Management Committee
The formation of the PIP Migration Stakeholder Management Committee is a major recommendation of the recent Property Information Program Evaluation. It is comprised of senior representatives from key stakeholder groups and is fundamental to ensuring that PIP achieves the benchmark performance targets recommended by the Evaluation.
The Inaugural Meeting of the Committee was held on 15 September 2006. Minutes from this meeting will be published following their endorsement.
