Victoria's standard mapping series
The Standard Topographic Series of maps are available at 1:25,000 and selectively, at 1:50,000 scales.

Topographic maps are hard copy maps that depict natural and man made features, including shapes, on the earth's surface. Topographical mapping in Victoria is derived from vertical aerial photography.

Topographic maps show detail of roads (red), contours (brown), rivers and lakes (blue), vegetation (green), buildings, landmark features, fence lines (black) and text. They also contain grid lines so that coordinates for locations and references can be calculated.
