Product Description
Vicmap Property is the cadastral map base of Victoria providing information about land parcels and property details. The database is continuously maintained, obtaining maintenance information from authoritative sources within local and state government. Captured at various scales up to 1:25,000. Content includes property polygons in metropolitan areas and parcel polygons in rural areas. Polygons are not attributed for address.

Vicmap property is accessable through two data models
Vicmap Property using the Standard Model
The Standard model represents Vicmap Property in its purist form. All of Vicmap Property’s tables and attributes with their inherent linkages are provided, but the customer must perform all the table joins themselves to utilise the data. This model usage is generally suitable for experienced GIS operators.
