Land Victoria

Land Victoria is the Victorian Government's key program for land administration and land information. It is responsible for land titles and records, the Victorian Water Registrar, property valuation, surveying, online property information and services, Electronic Conveyancing, SPEAR (Streamlined Planning through Electronic Applications and Referrals) and geographic place names.
