As we build the Digital Twin and the catalogue of datasets for users, we want to hear about how you find using the DTV platform.
Below are some options for keeping in touch and providing feedback.
Logging issues, requests or enquiries
When you use the platform, you will see a ‘Give Feedback’ button on the bottom right of the screen. Look for this image of a white text box and click on it to open the feedback form.
If you have any questions or issues using the platform, please use this form to let us know.
For any issues you are experiencing, please record as much detail as possible.
