VGLM Online is the gateway used by Victorian Government agencies to submit land transactions to the Victorian Government Land Monitor (VGLM) for approval.
Under the Victorian Government Land Transactions Policy (PDF, 11.0 MB), Victorian Government agencies must obtain approval from VGLM before conducting certain types of land transactions. Who can use VGLM Online?
Victorian Government staff who manage land transactions can register to use VGLM Online. You must be a registered government user to access VGLM Online.
How do I register?
You can register by visiting vglm.vic.gov.au and completing the new user request form.
Requests for user registrations will be reviewed and activated by VGLM.
