Registrar's Requirements for Paper Conveyancing Transactions
On 18 July 2024 the Registrar of Titles determined Version 11 of the Registrar's Requirements for Paper Conveyancing Transactions under section 106A of the Transfer of Land Act 1958.
Version 11 of the Registrar's Requirements for Paper Conveyancing Transactions was published on 25 July 2024 and will come into operation on 29 July 2024, or as otherwise provided in the Registrar’s Requirements.
In determining Version 11, the Registrar has made changes to give effect to the first phase of the ePlan mandate, where an ePlan will be required for all Plans of Consolidation first submitted to Council for certification on or after 29 July 2024.

SPEAR Electronic Lodgment Network Participation Rules
On 21 February 2024 the Registrar of Titles determined Version 4 of the SPEAR Electronic Lodgment Network Participation Rules under section 23 of the Electronic Conveyancing National Law (Victoria).
Version 4 of the SPEAR Electronic Lodgment Network Participation Rules was published on 26 February 2024 and takes effect on 28 March 2024.
In determining Version 4 of the SPEAR Electronic Lodgment Network Participation Rules, the Registrar adopted, where applicable, the Model Participation Rules developed and approved by the Australian Registrars' National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC).

National electronic conveyancing - Operating Requirements and Participation Rules
On 21 February 2024 the Registrar of Titles determined Version 7 of both the Operating Requirements and Participation Rules for electronic conveyancing under section 22 and section 23 respectively of the Electronic Conveyancing National Law (Victoria).
Version 7 of the Operating Requirements and Participation Rules was published on 26 February 2024 and takes effect on 28 March 2024.
In determining Version 7 of the Operating Requirements and Participation Rules, the Registrar adopted the Model Operating Requirements and Model Participation Rules developed and approved by the Australian Registrars' National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC).

The Victorian property sales report is a quarterly report on median sale prices by suburb for houses, units and vacant land. The report can be downloaded free-of-charge.
Business Activity Reports
The Business Activity Report is an annual report that provides statistics for land registration and property information services conducted through Land Use Victoria. These reports include information such as number of dealings lodged and registered, and statistics relating to electronic conveyancing.
